Ari Katsoulas (with J E Armfield), recently appeared for the successful Respondents in Spata v Tumino [2018] NSWCA 17. The Court of Appeal considered the definition of “dependence” in the context of a Family Provision Claim brought pursuant to chapter 3 of the Succession Act 2006 (NSW).
